Picked up the new HDS8 gen2 and structure scan to go on the boat today, Will be installing it tomorrow... I really hope I will like it as much as I think I will... It looks like a jam up unit just by messing with the demo units in stores... This is the first structure scan unit I have set up, do any of you have any tips for the install?

not so good this morning was mostly riding and looking. had a wheel bearing go bad on the way home also geting new ones tomarrow should be back saturday morning!

Well I went out the crank the boat so I know everything is ready to go in the morning and DOGGONE starter spins but want engage!!! I am thinking new starter, but any ideas I will be happy to hear. Oh and yes battery is fully charged. Last time I used the boat everything was fine but now just spinning.

Just got a fishin report from a buddy that fishes the Chick. It looks like that 210,000 Florida bass the TWRA and Chattanooga Bass club combined to stock in the lake about 8 years ago is finally begiining to show up. I heard about a few big fish being caught last Summer on the lake but a tournament that went out last weekend even shows more.

1st place weight 43 lbs
2nd place weight 40 lbs
3rd place weight 38 lbs
4th place weight 37 lbs

That is some big fish and alot of them showing up. Evidently the stocking of the fish is beginning to show up...........

had a few boat problems havnt made it out i do believe all is fixed boat is loaded up with some new crank baits hooked to the truck ready to go in the morning. i will keep yall updated. wish me luck.

If any of ya'll are throwing the Alabama Rigs or other versions of it my 3.5 inch Swim baits are working great on them. I have filled about 20 order for them since they came out last Fall and everyone reported back that my baits work fantastic on them..........

Thanks a bunch for the birthday wishes folks and Booger, Had I not got on line on my birthday I probably would ahve missed it too till my daughter called me about 3PM to wish me Happy B Day. Man I thought I was lost forever. I have been trying to get on here since Saturday night and kept getting all kind of strange site that has sclakes titles on them. One a promo for Myrtle Beach and next time some Cash Loan company. Thanks for the LINK Joe. I deleted all my links to the site and everything on my desk top and then just used the link you sent me and here I am....... I even got a email telling me Mikie no longer had an email............ I guess I better check the link on my web site and make sure it still comes here and do't go to some loan company. Anyway I will sleep better tonight.............
