Went today with Steady15... Had a great afternoon... Started about 1:30... Fished till 5pm... Started in cove w/ a small feeder creek...With all the rain last night the back of the creek had a heavy stain...Water in the stained area was 57.2... We got a good one on a Norman Fire Tiger. Went up 3&20 water temp. 54.1... We got two on Greg's 1/2oz. Squaire Brown w/Black w/ red glitter Zoom Super Chunk... We got one knot head on a CR... The jig fish came late... 4pm... Both came in less than 5' of clear H2O... Best three would have been 9+...GUNFISH

I fished about the same time you did yesterday. fished in 6 and 20. I caught two on a cb, 8-10ft off of points and banks in the wind and had what felt like a nice one on, got him about half way to the boat before i lost him. also caught one on a crig in about 15 ft around a dock with some brush. the three maybe went a little over 6#, both the ones on the cb were over 2#

Hey clemsonguy
You are probably gonna have to order it.............I dought seriously they are going to have the right shot size, unless you want BB, BBB, or TTT for taking down 747's or pepperin' tha crackhead that comes in on ya after you done set-up for the morning............You got to go to the low country (anywhere with a 843 area code) to find 1's and 2's in steel. Plus the added extreme varible (the 16 guage) and that's almost a guarantee that they don't have it.............if they do I'll be so  .

Give Don a call..........he/they are gonna have to order it, I can almost guarantee that. Of coarse some in there will tell ya you need those TTT's to shoot Woodies too  Don't know if you know this, Mack's Prairie Wings in Stuttgart, Arkansas sells shells by the flat cheaper than anybody/anyplace I've ever found. But you got to buy a flat. Don't know how much shooting you'll get with that 16 guage. From time to time I go in with a buddy or two and buy a flat of 12 guage......shells end up being about $10-$12/box for da good stuff (Drylok), and you're not stuck with 15 years worth of shells either.

What kind of 16 guage you got?
Take Care.

Just kidding !

Seriously though, I know you never would BUT keep me in mind if you ever did ! Two 16's I'd love to get my hands on.......a Browning A-5 Sweet 16 and a Winchester automatic 16.

I have a sweet sixteen. I found some shells at bass pro and just bought one box to try the gun out on some ducks. I ended up having pretty good luck with it but im not gonna be going to bass pro any time soon so im trying to find a place around here that sells them. For now i guess it is back to the twelve guage. gunfish, ill stop by there sometime next week and see.
