why are they draining it again, please don't tell me for winter run off. Hartwell always suffers rather than all the others in the chain

? good question according to intrenet info i see it actually came up about 6" in the last few hours gonna go Thursday hope its just right so i can get my string streched Good Fishing

Why are they draining it again? That's the million dollar question.....The fresh water mussell, the fresh water sturgeon, keep salt water out of the Sav. river, whoooo knows!!!. Seems they will come up with anything, so the best assumption is --- Because They Can!!!!
