1st place 13# and some change 2nd place I think was arond 10 or 11# then on down to 8, 6, 5, and finallt where we finished 3#.

We had a terrible day. Could not find any fish but small spotted bass. Caught them in 5 to 15 feet of water. Water temp all day was hovering around 57 degrees. Oh yeah we put in at Twin Lakes. We caught all our fish on C-rig, although we did throw everything else in the boat at them. I don't know what the winners caught there fish on.

Man I like to have frozen to death out there today. That wind had to have been coming off of an iceberg or something. Oh and I learnt from trying that if you set the hook on a decent fish and don't have the drag locked down the braided line you just put on the reel will cut your finger about in half.


Oh well our next work tourny is at the Hill so Dink can put me on some fish by then.

Oh yeah did I mention to yall today that I Hate Lake Hurtwell? I not I will now.

Looks like it was a whole lot tougher at Hurtwell than on Murray

I think that I'm going to fish a tourney up at Hartwell on the 14th April, have not been on the lake in 26 years Sure hope things get a little better by then, but I'm looking forward to seeing the Lake again anyway

Madbee....Winning fish were caught on bladerunners in anywhere from 2 to 25 foot of water. We caught probably 10 or 12 fish but had 2 of our better fish pull off. That's how it goes some times.

Onedaylate you know I have to fish that same Cryovac tourny on Sat. We are supposed to be related.

Boogerman, I don't hate everything. Just Hurtwell. I have never liked that lake, but I do still fish it. I would rather fish somewhere else tough.

Those classes are expensive j/k... It's all in what you have confidence throwing. We just have alot of it with the bladerunner. Plus we know the person who makes them pretty good.
