LMAO .............. what a morning ...................

Decided today was the day we were gonna take Sophie for some boat mannors and do a little fishing. Put in here at the house and rode back around the point to the cove behind the house. I think every bass fisherman and his brother-in-law was in every pocket tucked out of the wind.

We did more dog training than fishing, but I can say that 3 out of 4 pockets I went into has bass in the shallows. Water temp was 66. Clarity was 'Way Too Dang Clear'.

Did we catch anything ....................... let's just say when you got a 9 month old that thinks everything that flies and makes a splash is the Next Retrieve .......... especially when that flock of geese came over  ............... you don't get much fishing in. Not to mention all the comotion in a lumnie boat and bass that are extremely spooky due to all the boats already pounding them and clear water.
