Thought with the approaching front the fish might be turned on. Got to the lake about 5:30 and fished till 8:45. Only caught 6 and nothing of any size. Caught 1 on a fluke, 1 on crankbait and 4 on c-rig. Water temp from 71 to 74, saw no bedding fish. Again wrong time of day to see bedding fish good but looked anyway. All in all had a good time just getting out, hope to try it again this week if weather is good

Sounds like a fun evening anyway. I went to the lake to test a prop. When I parked the truck I noticed a sharp looking single axle rangertrail trailer next to me. Looks good! I really like the diamond tread wheel well covers, they go well with the steps. The new stripes left no evidence that the Green Hornet was ever on there. Made me a little nostalgic looking at it.

If I can ever stop pulling mine around long enough to do it, I plan to replace the carpeted wood steps on it with that diamond tread. Where is the best place to get it?

Thanks for the complements, I thought the stripping turned out pretty good even if I did do it. No good place to get it the stuff has gone sky high. I am not sure how big of a peice you would need but I have some left that you are welcome to if it is big enough just give me a call
