My brother and I fished from 12pm to 4pm today. We put in at Lawrence Bridge ramp and fished the Keowee river. We caught 3 largemouth. One on a #5 shadrap in natural color and 2 on a 1/4 ounce watermelon colored jig with greenpumpkin chunk. We missed 3 other fish on the jig and missed one on a crankbait. All the fish were in cuts off the river in brush or tree tops in 10ft of water. All the jig fish hit when the jig come across a limb and started falling. Crankbait fish came off brush also. Cranking real slow. Also got to see some nice bass on the camera. They were in trees also. Good luck to everyone. Can't wait until warmer days.
