went up to the lake today got there around 6 and fished till 12 only got one small 1.5lb spot. fished hard all day crig shaky head cb top water only one any one else doing any good cause i sure am not!!!

they have been pulling water pretty hard over the past couple weeks, the lake has dropped several feet. Typically the fish will pull back out of shallow water when this happens. Try some laydowns and bluff walls in deeper water...that type of structure has been producing lately.

yea me and capt pat have been out a few times and still trying to figure out the lake as much as we both can let me know if u find any specific patterns man thanks

good luck, the only pattern on that lake is when they are on the bed... lol

Its been tough on me and my buddy this year too, but I can say with confidence that when you finally have a good day there, all those bad ones become worth it....

Its so deep and clear I feel like the fish just suspend most of the time, and thats what makes it such a hard lake to kill them on. theres just too much water column there for them to utilize...

dropshotting has worked for us up there when they are balled up tight on the dropoffs. topwater is really hit or miss but you can get some toad spots that way. ive seen people get em beating the bank with a rig...

we all need to have a day we can all meet fish from dawn till 3 and see how we all do and try to figure this lake out but i know how fisherman are they dont want people knowing what they doing lol hahah

we need to make this website better for all of us later fellows
