fish bit pretty well for the last couple months on keowee. everytime we went fishing we would catch 20-50 fish. most would be around 1.5 pounds but you could get a good limit of 11 or 12 pounds each day not even trying. fish can be caught either deep or shallow however you wanna do it.

I'm right there with shotcaller. Fished 2 weeks ago and the tournament yesterday. We got on three different schools that we left after catching 10 or 12 out of each group. Size just wasn't there. We caught fish from 1ft to 50ft probably caught 50 total but ended up with 9.59lbs. I believe fishermen need to start weeding out some of those smaller fish to get a better average size than 1 1/4.

Man they have small fish up there. :shock: Well I guess 9lbs can be caught at any lake? CLARKSHILL, RUSSELL, GREENWOOD and even up at Keoweeeeeee? :thumbs_up: Drain it or start eating! :hmm:
