The Santee bite has been getting better over the last few weeks.We have had days out with 29,25,24,19 etc. with alot of small bass but as we move into the fall the better bass are starting to bite.This past week I had a client out on Monday & we caught & released 25 bass with the biggest only around 3 to 4 lbs.On Tuesday I had Dr.Mac McNeal from Pawly"s Island S.C. out.We only caught & released 12 bass but most of them were 2-4 lbs with this nice 9lb bass caught & released by Mac.I went out & fished an area that I haven"t fish since the spring & caught 7 nice bass Thrusday AM & had a couple of 4lb bass.The water temp was back up into the 80"s because of the hotter days but will drop this week.The bass were caught on soft plastic.Inky
