We had 11 member fish Sat. from 5:30 am until 4:00, long and hot. We weigh-in 14 @ 32.54lbs.
1st place 4@9.18lbs
2nd place 3@8.34lbs
3rd place 2@7.25lbs
Big fish 5.77
2nd BF 4.26lbs
Barret had 3rd place and 2nd BF with one dead and I had 2nd place and BF with 2 dead which cost me 1st. place I had 9.34 lbs total. Barret and I had 5 fish that total 17.19lbs which was over 1/2 the weigh of all fish. We fish track bridge first, with first fish coming on tx. worm about 6:15 am (1.32lbs Me)and next fish came about 7:15 top water(3.59lbs, Barret)( seen them school on bait). Next fish was in tree in about 4ft of water tx. lizard about 8:30 Barret(4.26lbs). Next we went to the river and went down to the end where it dumps into the lake and pick up one at 10:30 in the river about 2.25lbs tx.Trick worm around stick-up(Me). Last fish came about 11:30 next to a tree in about 3 ft of water off the river in the lake this was the Big Fish(5.77lbs). The rest of the day was no hits at all. I've seen May flies down on Santee in my days,
but never like I seen them Sat.. The water and trees were covered with them. I seen cat fish that was schooling on them(may flies), I've never
seen anything like that in all my life. Thanks to all that help Barret and I. Hope this helps someone.

about 15 min. before weigh-in. I was covered at one time with those may flies, when I had to get a plug out of a tree. God bless all!
