A friend mine went and said it was a tough bite fishing deeper. Someone caught them pretty good up shallow saturday. Im going this weekend and dont have a clue. anyone else know what the fish are doing?

I don't know about those 10 lb's like the fella posted here recently, but I got the smaller ones figured out. Last few times out, caught 10-15 1.5-2lbers. My bite was deep, 25-36ft.

Hey guys, i have a small club tournament this Saturday up at Monticello. I live in Chapin, and I went out there a couple of weeks ago and caught 7 decent fish shallow. The weather is drastically gonna change before Saturday and I need some expert advice... Anybody want to trade a little? I will do the same on Murray for you:)

good luck Sat. @ Mont. With the weather getting colder i would think that the bite would be a little tougher. i would fish deeper than normal but what is normal at Mont. Watch the water level and the fish should bite better when water is moving. pm me for furter details
