Is there a way to get a schedule for when the power plant on Monticello is going to pull the water?

Water is just pulled according to amount of local electricity usage.

my best friend is the assistant plant manager there and he told me that during the summer they release water during peak time and during the winter it is done from 12am-5am....they continuously draw 500,000 gallons of water an hour....
