Only got out for 3 hrs sunday afternoon but the fish were biting..
Found them schooling in crystal lake & man did it feel good getting my line stretched.
Also did catch 2 jack fish mixed in with them. First time I had ever seen that!!

Went out today and put around 8 in the boat. Biggest was around 2lbs or so, schooling. Seemed like the bite kinda picked up in the afternoon. Seemed to be on the floating worm today. Having to fish a lot of main lake areas b/c all my creek spots don't have bait swimming around in them this year. I fish mid lake, so maybe I'm in the wrong spot? Its tough out there!

They were on the bank but not in the backs of coves like I thought they would be. Should be real fun in about 2 more weeks!!
