Hey guys,I was told by good friend of mind that the DNR was
trying to start a trophy size limit on the stripers in Russell. Also,
I held some guys catching some 35 to mid 40's lb stripers in the past
two years over there.Well,we can only hope they will start eating some
of those crazy spot's.
