Put in at 72 ramp at 7:30 and headed to the dam..idled around and did not find much..until 8:30..hit a pocket and the screen was spaghetti..dropped the spoon and it was on..caught a mix of everything including catfish..biggest spot about 3.5 and LM about 2. Loaded up on jumbo yellow perch..WT about 51.5. Went up the Savannah around 11:30 and found another pocket (just luck) with some bait on the bottom in 38'..at first started catching white perch...then LM..some good ones too, spoons and man size drop shot..actually one of the best days in a long time..the fellow that went with me lost a TOAD..anyway we had a real good day..over 60 fish
32-40'..going to Keowee today w/ BumbleBee..bout the only practice day for Feb 4th FTF we have..with work and all..
