Forget not able to see the trolling motor foot in the water .... I couldn't see the first zip-tie down the trolling motor shaft that was in the water

We fished CB's, JnP, and Plows. Only bite all day was on a plow. I drug a brand new L&M jig to the point that it started loosing paint, LOL.

Talked to a guy on the lake ..... figured it was a bass TX ..... nope .... he said that's NEXT weekend ...... apparently the Abbeville County 'Keowee Bass Club / Bassmasters' have their first TX of the year the same day/location as ours next week ...... the guy said they expect 25 boats but didn't know due to no pre-registration ...... the parking lot was already full due to people needing to LEARN HOW TO PARK ..... I can only imagine what next weekend will be like.

CricketKiller said she WAS NOT impressed with Lake Secession ..................... there are no bathrooms and no woods. She want's JoJo to re-open the old Jet's Landing.

Plus you missed the morning bite all together, showing up at 10am and then you missed the afternoon bite, cause you left early.

Yeaup Secession will crowd-up some in the spring. I'm sorry C/K don't like Secession but now she can understand why we call it SUCession!! LOLOL It's time to break out the "Pee-Can"/tarp......Last time I was there they was a jiffy-john @ Jets.

I know what ya'll are saying .... and she agrees .... usually she's not afraid to ask about hitting the beach and going behind a tree .......... but SUKcession has got so many dang houses now that you just about can't find a wooded lot wider than 100', LOL !

Before we had to go teach Shotgun Class this afternoon ..... she was opening her ground blind up on the Skeeter .......... she's now shopping for a smaller ground blind, LOL !

Looking at the 'Bassroom' up top, she said "$100, it ain't even camo, I'll buy another ground blind before I buy that' LMAO ! She's since found a ton of camping pop-up shower tents for like $50.

Persoanlly, I like the tarp/cloth idea .... lots cheaper

p.s. About the 'arrive to late, leave to early' .... ya'll got to talk to Her Royal Highness on that one.
