Our small club has put lake secession on our tour this year, not sure what month yet, but I have never even seen the lake. Do ya'll have any basic tips that might help? :lol:

Hey Mighty, welcome bud... you really need to wait until you know when you are fishing Secession.. There are just too many variables without that info.. Basically it is a long, narrow, deep in some places, lake. There is only one ramp and that is a public one that can really get crowded from the 1st of Feb until the middle of April. There are lots of dock if you like to fish them..... best of luck retiredguy

Thanks for the info. I'll get back when I know what month it is, possably Feb. We're trying a new draw system this year and we don't draw till the Thursday before. Met you 1 time RG at a ad-hoc, I fish with camo, blazersc and gilbass. Hoping to make it to another 1 soon! Thanks again RG and JoJo. God bless!

check with someone about lake levels right now it is low as heck and they may not have it up in a few weeks.
