Can fish still be caught on a DD-22 or deep spinnerbait? I've fished in spring and early summer normally. I was just trying to get a average pattern/ bait.

nah don't try that....a lot of the bass are on main lake docks and in the larger creeks on docks...you can catchem early on a pop-r or buzzbait...if I was you I would stay away from the grass unless the water is up over a ft...it's up about 1/2 ft now and you can luck up on some in the grass but the rip rp and walls are better.
me and partner weighed in over 16 lbs 2 Sat ago in NBC tourney ...same pattern..
