Got out there around 630-7 Am. I havent fished much in the mornings, Ive been going out after work and catching only a few on cb deep or schoolers up top. Started the morning off working the bank and noticed a fish close to the bank, threw a jig right next to him and he snatched it up, a good 2.5# fish. Kept going with the jig and found a few shallow, few around docks and boat launchs pretty concentrated. I got 7 into the boat. Lost 3 and had about 3 others swipe at it or follow it to the boat. Around 1030 they quit bitting, saw quite a few more fish and they were no longer intrested in anything I had. Im guessing the slightly cooler water temps and morning cloud cover had them biting good. Water was 87 deg. Best 5 around 14#
