i didnt exspect much with the cold nights. got one little dink on shakey head. water was 57deg. didnt c any on the bed yet.

I didnt think you could fish welchal at nights ..unless ya jumped the fence, its off limits at night

To fish Whelchel you have to get a permit from the Board of Public Works. For out-of-state its like $50.

or i think out of state $85, out of county $50, catch an release only, except for crappi ,catchfish
