I was fortunate enough to qualify for the BFL All American in May on the Potomac in DC. I have never fished tidal waters, so want to get a feel for them before I go up there and practice. I've heard some good things about the Cooper River. Any ideas on where to put in and what to expect from the river? Thanks.

Cypress Gardens in probably the best ramp to put in at.. As far as learning how to read the River, you have to look at the tide chart, but if they turn water loose from the Dam then everything changes..
