Passed over the Pacolet yesterday on Hyw 29 and it too is muddy. In fact it is worse than the Broad and the water didn't seem to be moving much either. RM

I drove thru Pacolet on Wednesday, and you are right. The river looks like a mudhole. But, we needed the rain.
