As much as I hate to admit it the time has come for Hometown Baits to go private. At the end of this fishing season The Home Town Web site will come off line and the only anglers that will be able to order baits are those past loyal customers that have stuck with me these last 15 + years. I am putting a list together of anglers that have purchased baits from me in the past and they will be the only ones that can purchase from me in the future. I am spending money on a web site that is not paying for itself and I am buying much more material than I need in the hopes that new anglers will begin using my baits. From now on I will be ordering less material and not having material setting on the shelves going unused even though it has and indefinite shelve life I won't have a bunch of money tied up in material. It's been a fun ride and I have enjoyed meeting some great folks.
Thank all of you for your past purchases. If you wish to be put on the list you need to PM me. Otherwise I might miss your name and once the list is complete it will be locked down to any new anglers.

Doug, sorry to hear. I myself have slowed down on my fishing. I'd still like to be able to buy baits from you but can't buy such a large quantity of baits. I know it cost you money to fire up the heaters, I sure like them baits though. Best of luck your friend, Fred.
