May be Switch Boxes (2) reqiured. I hate just gessing without seeing the motor or more info with testing Equip. When you say loading up, do you mean with fuel. Can you pump the bulb and get it to take off. How much fuel PSI do you have, thing like this will help to find your problem. These motor are know to be very slugges when a switch box is going bad and needs to be checked @ the Ing. coil to see if you have proper DVD votage going to the coils from Switch box. Mercury Recommends replacing both at a time. Right now we are just shooting in the air.

rebuild fuel pump and post after that. fuel should only be on one side of enter diapham.
