 Post subject: 94 mercury trim switch

anyone know the best place to get the trim switch on the inside of your motor to make the trim go down i got 2 on my boat one for up and one for down not 100 percent sure what its call it looks like a relay the one that makes my motor go down is going out any help would be appreciated

You can take if off and go to O'Rielly Auto Parts and get it matched up. I have done that before.

Relay is the correct term. Napa or O'reilly's should have them as stated. They are also the same relay that OMC uses. :thumbs_up:

thanks for the info i guess ill try and go get one tom it hasnt gone out yet but occasionally i have to tap the side of the motor housing to get the trim to go down
