Sat morning at bobby brown,i put my tr21 225 optimax in the water, it came up off plane then immediately start slowing down and stopped.. no bells are whistle's it would not start or turn over, so i tried my trolling motor to get back to dock would not work either..so i treid to start engine. ti started,run rough and noisey back to ramp to load,,idle only,,lower unit had only a diet pepsi bottle full of oil,,oil was black and did not smell good..maybe burnt,,vivon i could not see any hole in block
any help to what happen would be appreciated live on hwy 284 near lake secession.

Sounds like the lower unit has gone south.
