I recently bought a older Procraft with a 150 Johnson on it and at mid throttle to wide open its got a horrible right hand steering pull. Before I went messing with it I wanted some professional opinions. The torque tab above the prop is straight back and not turned at all. Someone mentioned I should install one of the torque tabs that rivet to the skeg. Plz help Thnx

Is the current tab adjustable, if so you may have to play with it until you get the torque as little as possible. I have a 92 Johnson with no tab and i get a little torque but it is very minimal.

Loosen the tab and adjust it so the back of the tab is about 20* to the right. Tighten the 7/16" bolt you should be on the money unless your motor is too low.

Thanks for the advice. I wanted to try something simple like that before i installed on of those torque tab and drill holes into my skeg. I knew it was an anode but didn't know how to adjust it for better performance. Thanks
