I did something kinda dumb this week. I took the transducer off of my trolling motor so that I could take the motor to get some work done on it. Now the motor is back home, but I don't remember which direction the transducer was facing :sad: . Any help would be appreciated.

You could look at the one on your transom and point it in the same direction when the trolling motor is moveing forward. But it really doesn't matter since the sound waves come from the bottom of the transducer. I think most people put them with the pointy end going forward for aquadynamics and in case you hit anything it will flip back up against the trolling motor itself.
