I have a 96 Mercury 150 EFI. When running down lake at wide open throttle the motor will shut down completely w/o warning. Changed out voltage regulators last year b/c of some discoloration on connectors. Problem re-appeared. One day when running down the lake looked back at ball on fuel line and it was "collapsing" while the boat was under power. Replaced line and primer bulb with new quiksilver bulb. Bulb now doesn't collapse but still will loose power at top end. Boat cranks right back up. Boat is equipped with two tanks and problem occurs with either fuel source. Any ideas?

My existing fuel lines from both tanks are 3/8". What type of fuel lines should be used to replace these?
