Has anyone had that problem with a flywheel before? And What did you have to do?

I don't have a 50 flywheel handy but I've done this on Big block V-6's. What I do is mix up some marine-tex and apply it to the collar of the flywheel and timing sensor and put it back on. You will need to index it and let it sit for 24 hours to fully cure. It is almost like liquid metal and hardens to that strength. You do need to make sure the marks are close to lined up. But by the time you go through all of that it is cheaper in the long run to buy a new flywheel and put it on.
