Web sites didn't offer what I was looking for. I just need to know where the s/n is. I hate to take all my sh*t out of my boat and take to dealer for no reason. I see a number on what looks like a flat linkage, it looks like 68F01 or something like that. Would that be the s/n for the oil pump. I am almost positive that this the oil pump I am looking out, from the diagrams. it is on port side way at bottom of engine half way back of engine. Large tube from oil reservoir is attached hear. I hate to be so difficult, this is the only number I can see.

Thanks

Call Palmetto boat center with your serial number on your motor and mention the tech bulletin number. I ain't got a clue where the info is I'm an Evinrude/Johnson Tech, I'm just relaying the info. And from what I can see you are correct at where you are looking. But Check with a dealer by all means..
