We had 22 boats show up to fish and most all of them had a 5 bass limit. However, the bass were all pretty small. Pretty much the way Hartwell has been for the past month. The big fish of the day was under 3 pounds. My partner and I caught fish on tx-rig, shakey head, and spinnerbait but we only caught 12 bass all day. Other guys said they caught fish on flukes and skipping jigs under boat docks. RESULTS as follows:
1st Place... Gibson / Pearson with 10.11 pounds
2nd Place... Howell / Craig with 9.96 pounds
3rd Place... Martin / Martin with 9.50 pounds
Big Fish... Lear / Vine with 2.84 pounds

Had fun fishing. We finish with 5 at 7.14. See ya all in 2 weeks.
