10th annual Rufus Sawyer Memorial Children’s Fishing Tournament for the students of John de la Howe School.

Thank you for your past support of the annual Rufus Sawyer Memorial Children’s Fishing Tournament for the students of John de la Howe School. We hope you will be able to help again this year for our 10th Annual Tournament! The date has been set for Saturday, October 10, 2009, launching from the Dorn Facility at Hawe Creek Landing in McCormick, SC.

The event flyer is attached. If you have already signed up, thank you. Please pass a copy of the flyer along to friends who may also be willing to help.

Bump! Hey guys before that Saturday, I would if some would share a little info on what the fish are doing. It would be great if there was some schooling activity happening and the location was given up. :mrgreen:

I've seen some adults get excited when the fish are blowing shad out of the water all around the boat, just think what a feeling the kids would get seeing this for a first time. :-D

Went out and bought 2 BRAND NEW push-button reels at Academy for my partner Saturday ......... can't wait.

Was told yesterday by the 'head knocker' that it's going to be a good-un this year.
