BASS HOGS FISHING CLUB is looking for new members for the 2017 fishing season.

Our club allows each angler to fish solo or with a partner during each tournament. Every angler fishing our club tournaments "Must" pay the membership fee. Since we only account each angler individually he or she "Must" fish 3 of the 6 tournaments to qualify for the Fish Off

$30 dollar membership fee that goes towards the fish-off on June 17th the lake TBD. (Spouse or kids 18 yrs and under the membership fee will be $15 dollars)
$60 dollars a boat w/ optional $10 Big Fish pot

We are just a bunch of weekend anglers who love to bass fish; professionals we are not. We are not keeping up with points this year just come out and fish. Note: You must fish 3 of the 6 tournaments to qualify for the fish-off

Apr. 8: Keowee @ Mile Creek landing (7am to 3pm)
Apr. 22: Russell @ Calhoun Falls State Park (6:30am to 3pm)
May 13: Hartwell @ Greenpond ramp (6:00am to 3pm)
June 3: Jocasse @ Devils Fork ramp (6:30am to 3pm)
FISH-OFF TOURNAMENT

Looking forward to another great year with you guys. Anyone looking for a fun competitive "working mans" club, 5thisnis it. I've been fishing with these guys for 4 years now and we have a blast.

It's a smaller club that started as a work club, usually about 7 boats per tournament. We have had more for the Hartwell tournaments. They are looking to get bigger but not too big. We want to keep it competitive and fun. most members only fish on the weekends and can't practice enough to fish the large trails.

I really like the idea of have a half price membership for those under 18 yrs old.... and the "no points" makes it a lot easier to qualify for the fish off. Good luck guys

Just show up and fish? Is meeting attendance required?

The current plan is to show up at Lake Greenwood State Park and pay the dues and entry fee the day of the tournament. After the tournament we can discuss the next tournament and details. I still have a lot of new guys interested in fishing this year so in order to make sure that I receive everyone's information. I would like to have everyone show up early for the tournaments to register and fish.

This Saturday is the 2nd tournament of the 2017 season on Lake Hartwell for the Bass Hogs Fishing Club. We will blast off at 7am from Greenpond Boat Ramp.
