As always, I really do appreciate all of you guys for supporting the club and showing up to fish these tournaments. We has 44 boats show up Saturday and took in another 8 new members. I just wish the bass had been as willing to participate. Most everyone said they caught a lot of bass but everyone complained about how little the fish were. There were 30 teams that weighed in a 5 bass limit but only 6 teams with over 10 pounds. We caught over 15 bass, but we only weighed in a little over 7 pounds. Heck, it only took 12 pounds to win the event. RESULTS AS FOLLOWS:

1st Place... Fordree / Tate with 12.17 pounds
2nd Place... Dobbins / Silver with 12/03 pounds
3rd Place... Smith / Adcox with 11.73 pounds
Big Bass.. Dobbins / Silver with a nice 5 pound largemouth

Also....
Reeves / Waddell had 11.08
Phillips / Phillips had 10.83
Sweet / Simmons had 10.23

Thanks again for coming out to support the club. We now have over 140 members have had close to $5000 to pay out at the Championship tournament. Our next event will be at Lake Russell on June 3rd. I will not be able to attend due to some major eye surgery but my buddies (Tommy Brannan & Mike Tate) said they would run the event for me.

Really enjoyed our first tournament with ya'll. Looking forward to the next one. What ramp do you use at Russell and could I get a list of remaining tournaments? Do we still have time to qualify for championship? thanks
