We're going to have two OPEN night tournaments before we close out our 2017 tournament season. Both of these events will be NIGHT tournaments. The first one is on Lake Keowee (7/15) and then two weeks later we'll be on Lake Hartwell. These will be "open" to anyone that wants to fish with us and we should have 30+ boats in each event.

Lake Keowee - Mile Creek Landing
Saturday, July 15th
6:00 PM till Midnight
$25 Entry fee per boat - includes the big fish entry
(no side port & no SIX Pound pot

5 bass limit - 12 inch minimum
Hot Hole and Skimmer Wall are off limits
No Live Bait and No Trolling

I've had a good amount of feedback on this event and several questions about the payout. Our payouts are always the same. We always pay out 3 places regardless of the number of participants. We pay 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Big Fish. (big fish is 100% and is $5 from each team)

Still looks like we will have 30+ boats this Sat night on Keowee. If you're coming please try to be in the water and ready to go before 6:00 pm. We will have "random" live well checks prior to blastoff. Couple of rules that I didn't post...

You must be back by midnight. If you're not within the Mile Creek markers by midnight you will be disqualified.
Any short fish that are weighed in will cost you that fish and your biggest fish so make sure they meet the 12" min requirement
Hot Hole and Skimmer wall are off limits. You can't be within 100 yards of the skimmer wall.

Also: Life jackets are recommended, but not a requirement. Just remember... "Safety is sexy"

Yes, sponsored fishermen are allowed. This one is open to anyone that wants to fish... And I don't wear my jacket all the time but I do wear it at blast off and at night.
