Thanks to everyone for coming out in the rain Saturday. Participation was low for the first event with only 26 boats showing up but that's ok because you really didn't miss much. The bass didn't show up either! (unless you were with team MOFO who reported catching approx. 20 bass) There were only 14 limits weighed in Saturday and only 4 sacks over 10 pounds. However, there were 4 bass over 4 pounds weighed in. We caught our limit in the first two hours with a pig n jig and a shakey head worm throwing around boat docks in 25 feet of water. Then we didn't catch another fish until around 2pm and never culled the morning fish.

Thanks again to everyone for coming out. The results, and some pics, are as follows:

1st Place... Morgan / Forrester with 14.31 pounds
2nd Place... J. Anders / M. Anders with 11.87 pounds
3rd Place... E. Miller / J. Miller with 11.78 pounds
Big Fish was.... J. Bloomfield with a nice 4.33 pounder

An "also mention" would go to Thorton / Thorton with the only other sack over 10 pounds. They had 11.61 anchored with one that was 4.13 lbs.
