Awesome turnout for this tournament with the guys / gals and the bass. I had 56 teams compete and there were a ton of fish caught. There were over 30 limits and over 20 sacks of 10 lbs or better. There were 20+ bass over 3 pounds and 10 bass over 4 pounds weighed in. The big bass of the day was almost 7 pounds. It seems that the bass were biting just about anything you wanted to throw at them but you had to find them. There were not as many shallow this week as there were last week. RESULTS AS FOLLOWS:

1st place... Kurt Brooks with 15.86 pounds ($440)
2nd place... Hardin / Hardin with 15.43 pounds ($275)
3rd place... Anthony / Raines with 14.18 pounds ($165)
BIG BASS... W Anders / Blackwell with 6.83 pounds ($275)

$20 SIDE POT... Hardin brothers ($620)
SIX POUND POT... J Blackwell ($330)

Thanks to everyone for coming out to fish. The club took in 80 new members Saturday! I now have 94 members which assures us a good turnout at most events. Hope to see all of you on Hartwell in two weeks.
