Hey guys what we love to do is in jeopardy for who knows how long.
April is one of the best times of the year for us Bass fishermen.
I don’t know if this petition will work, but heck it is worth a shot.
We all have too much invested, to just let it sit idle.

The problem isn't fishing. It's fishing tournaments and gathering on the lake. if we would just put in and go fishing I don't think there would be an issue, but when we are still having 50 to 100 boat tournaments of course it is going to raise concerns. Basically a bunch of over zealous tournament fishermen have ruined it for everyone, and I'm an over zealous tournament fisherman.

I agree that tournaments may not be the best thing right now.
This order is not going to stop the party island crowd. It is only going to stop the father and son, husband and wife, etc. from going out on the lake until this passes. We could essentially lose fishing the entire month of April because of this. I guess the only good thing is the bass will not get messed with while on Bed too bad this year.

Well fishing was never cancelled anyway. only public boat ramp closures.
