That's right.. there was a 27 lb sack weighed in Saturday!! It seems that both the bass and the guys showed out. I had 55 teams come out to fish and most all of them said they caught fish all day. Some said they couldn't buy a bite and others caught fish on everything they threw. There were 25 limits and 15 sacks over 10 pounds weighed in... and it took over 15 lbs to be in the money. RESULTS:
1st Place... Green / Green with 27.40 lbs
2nd Place... T Ellenburg with 16.72 lbs
3rd Place... Monkus / Ricken with 15.61 lbs
BIG bass... Green team with 8.41 lbs (they had 4 over 5 lbs)
Other nice sacks:
Blackwell / Wyatt with 15.18 lbs
L Masters with 14.62 lbs
M Tidwell with 12.34 lbs
Crenshaw with 12.34 lbs
I had another 80 guys join the club Saturday and that takes the total up to 98 members.Thanks to everyone for coming out and I hope to see you again in two weeks on Lake Hartwell. (Closed event - members only) Don't hesitate to contact me if you would like more info on the tournaments or the club.
