It's going to be a good weekend to be on Russell. The big girls are ready to move up so the bite should be great. This will be a CLOSED tournament so membership is required. I expect around 40 ~ 45 boats for this event. Maybe more because I had 47 last week on Hartwell and have over 130 members now.

Lake Russell – Calhoun State Park
Saturday, April 2nd, 2022
Safe light till 3 pm (I'll start taking entries around 5:30am)
$25 entry fee per boat (team event but you can fish alone)

We will have two side pots...
1. $20 side pot where it's “winner take all” at the end of each tournament
2. SIX POUND pot where it only pays out if someone catches a bass over 6 lbs. The money rolls over to the next tournament if no one does. There is $770 in the pot at this time because it was not busted last week on Hartwell. It will cost you $30 to get caught up if you are interested.

No live bait and no trolling
All state and local laws apply

Membership is only $25 per person if you're interested. Send me a quick email if you want info about the club and I'll send you a copy of the 2022 Rules, Schedule, and Membership form.
