As of today the water is 4ft. low. At the #9 ramp there has been busted tires, axles and lights on boat trailers. Trailer and prop damage has been reported at the other ramp as well. Anyone know what in the world is going on? Blalock is not low!!!

Don"t know, just hate to think of everyone, myself included, that paid 85.00 bucks for a lake permit sticker , that now can not use the ramps or lake. When I was last there Aug 22 some guy got his pontoon trailer stuck off the end of the nr 9 ramp, knew it was getting bad then. Need Rain.

Was there this morning and to chicken to launch the traditional way so I did quite a bit of pushing and pulling the boat when I came in :-)

. Indeed it's low, hardly had any docks to fish :-( .

I did hear that the water commisioner said that the water will continue to be pulled uintil the end of September......UGH

Bowen has to feed the drinking reservoir which is known as reservoir #1 or noone will have drinking water. The water has come up a little but not much over the past couple days. So they have no choice but to keep pulling to keep us drinking water
