The Shimano Chronach MG 50 is an absolute fine reel just great all around I only have 1 now but I will own more as is feasible. If the Amercian 50 Mg is that good I just wonder how much better the Japanese version is in the Scorpion 1000???? I know the brakes are totally different on the Scorpion and theres not much difference in money so if anyone out there owns both please advise me. Thanks

I have 3 MG 50 and I love them. All I use mine for is flipping they are great for that.I did change my brakes to the green brake which are a little heavier than the pink ones, which makes it easier for flipping.
