CM since it looks like might not get Powerhead till Jan do I need to do anything to the gas that's in boat, almost full tank

Splash,
If it's been more than 45 days I'd drain it out and either put it in a car and run it, if it has been less than 45 days, add Stabil to the tank. The reasoning is the octane in the fuel will begin breaking down between 45-60 days. If you've already added a stabilizer then you're good to go.
