championman I would like to know what kinds of expoxy i can use to install transducer,there isnt a marine dealer near my home that carries LEI power pox and i dont need to damage the transducer . thanks for your input.

Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace, True Value, get a slow cure epoxy and some plumber's putty. Sand down the area you are planning to install the X-ducer, build a wall/dam around the area you want to mount it in and sand it well before hand. Sand the bottom of the X-ducer also. Mix up the epoxy and and pour it in the dam and add some to the bottom of the X-ducer. Set it in place and twist it down side to side to get rid of the bubbles. Place something heavy on it like a brick to make sure it sets up properly.
