They are also in Bass Pro now.

Before you drop $200 on a rod - give me a call and look at your options.

cidgrad is the man, before i would spend that kind of money for an off the shelf rod, i would talk to him. hes very good at what he does, hes made me one already and im fixing to get another :thumbs_up:

Alex makes the best rod I have ever used and I have bought a lot of rods. So far he has stood behind them in front of them and to each side. I like the way he will custom make you a rod to spec. and I can call him and talk to him personally and get exactly what I want. And not to somone in China. You can get the handle you want ,the blank you want ,the guides you want, the color of the thread you want, and have you name put on it. You may be able to put your team logo on it. If I was going to spend good money on a rod, the only rod I would buy is a ALX Rod.
PS I have 2 more rods ordered now.

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the help.
I wasn't looking to buy a Carrot Stix, I was looking for a dealer for warranty purposes. Don at Grady's hooked me up with a brand spankin new one, no hassle, after mine snapped. Pretty hard to beat that kind of warranty.

Grady's was worth the drive from the metropolis of Cowpens and Don is a great guy. Thanks again.

I will keep ALX in mind the next time I need a rod, I hear good things.
