Starting Oct. 29, 22 teams from Wrights Riverside Marine in St. Marys WV will start moving into Lake Russell State Park. On Sat. Oct. 1, they will have an open tourny to anyone wanting to fish, entry will be probably $20, safe light till 4, launching at the new ramp in the park.
