To my knowledge there are no set rules, but I could be wrong. I post mine on the Tournament News area of this site. You can go there and see the info that most of us post. Basically just state where / when you want to fish. How much the entry is and what you will be paying out. If you don't put enough info down, you can get responses from guys asking more about the tournament.
