I need to get 6 more boats with at least 2 adults in the boat to take a kid fishing. Both adults must be able to pass a background check. We are putting on a fishing tournament for the kids from Connie Maxwell Childrens Home.
Here is the format. They have 3 ponds on there property in Greenwood. They are gonna have a fishing tournament with all the kids with all the equipment they got for Christmas. The top 10 kids will get the chance to go fish a tournament on Lake Russell. Something they may never get the opportunity to do again.
We will pair up 1 kid with each boat and have a standard type tournament except that the adults can only keep 3 fish(bass) and the kids can keep 2 of anything they catch(bluegill,catfish,crappie,bass) We will weigh them all together with the heaviest weight winning. We will fish from safe light until 12. We will have trophies for the kids after the weigh - in. There will also be hot dog plates for all the participants.
